Employee is cleaning dough hopper and catches finger with bl

At 9:45 a.m. on August 25, 2017, an employee was scraping the dough from the inside of a Pan-O-Matic hopper while cleaning it. The employee reached into the hopper to retrieve a scraper that slipped from the employee's hand and she caught her finger in the blades, amputating the first digit of the employee's right hand middle finger. The employee was hospitalized as well.
