Employee injures hip in slip and fall

At approximately 1:40 p.m. on December 5, 2003, Employee #1, a waitress, was serving customers at a table in a restaurant when a customer knocked over a bottle of water. As the water ran down the table, the employee stepped backward away from the table, lost her footing, and fell to the ground. She sustained a fractured right hip and was hospitalized.
