Employee Killed In Fall Through Skylight

On March 14, 2001, Employee #1, a maintenance worker, was working on the roof of a hospital Employee #1 was in the process of changing out old plywood panels from the roof of the building with new plywood panels. In the course of the work, Employee #1 fell through an unguarded skylight and suffered a fractured skull. Employee #1 died from his injuries.
