Employee's hand lacerated in radial saw
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on June 28, 1999, Employee #1 was using a radial arm saw to cut a piece of wood. He pulled it back with his right hand to move the saw arm when he inadvertently put his other hand in the path of the rotating blade. Employee #1 sustained a lacerated left palm and fingers.
