Employee Fractures Kneecap in Fall from Ladder

On June 14, 2004, Employee #1 was employed by Sun Systems Roofing at a jobsite in Los Angeles, CA. He was working off the side of an unsecured ladder when the ladder slipped. Employee #1 fell approximately 6 feet, fracturing his kneecap. He was hospitalized from June 14, 2004, to June 16, 2004, and had surgery on June 15, 2004.
