Employee's arm fractured in belt of fiber separation hopper

Employee #1 was cleaning the belts on a fiber separation hopper. He was reaching into the belt to remove a piece of material when his hand became caught, fracturing his forearm. He was transported by paramedics to the local hospital. Employee #1 was not supposed to clean this machine.
