Carpenter Lacerates Fingers When Using Unguarded Table Saw

A carpenter was using a table saw and removed its guard to supposedly prevent the guard from interfering with his work. His hand came in contact with the blade causing severe lacerations to three fingers. He was hospitalized for emergency treatment.
