On July 2, 1998, Employee #1 was working unsupervised on new construction for M & M Construction in Canyon Country, CA. He climbed out on a brow above a door way to install metal flashing and fell 9.5 ft to the ground. He was hospitalized at Henery Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital.
