Employee injured when run over by motorized aerial lift

Employee #1 was standing at the foot of a ladder next to a condominium unit that was being painted. A motorized aerial lift device was passing him. As the machinery did so, the back wheel ran over his left ankle and leg. He was given first aid and transported to the hospital by paramedics. Employee #1 suffered a fracture of the left leg and a dislocation of the left ankle, and was hospitalized.
