Employee Injures Knee in Slip on Wet Surface

On November 16, 2006, Employee #1 was delivering a dresser and taking out a desk top. He injured his right knee when he stepped out of the truck, slipped on a wet surface, and fell. He was hospitalized at Tri City Hospital, for an unspecified surgical procedure.
