Investigation Summary
At 6:30 p.m. on August 23, 2017, an employee was loading two bundles of steel pipe that was to be lifted by an overhead crane. The employee stepped between the bundles as the crane began lifting the load and pinched his leg. The employee suffered a contusion but did not need hospitalization.
