Employee Falls Off Roof Breaking Ankle and multiple Fracture

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on October 26, 2001, Employee #1 was walking on material (slag) attempting to place a tarp on a trailer. The material started to roll and Employee #1 slid and fell 9ft-4 in. off to the edge of the trailer. Employee was taken to the hospital and treated for multiple fractures to his ankle and lower leg.
