Employee injured due to fall through skylight
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on June 16, 1999, an employee on the roof of a two-story home, attempted to lift a 70-lb sheet of 0.625-in. plywood covering a skylight. The employee stepped forward as he was lifting the plywood and fell 20 ft through the skylight, striking the ground. He suffered nerve damage and was hospitalized.
