Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:40 a.m. on October 12, 2001, Employee #1, a tree trimmer employed by Lambs Tree Service, had completed a notch cut on a limb he was working from when a sudden gust of wind snapped the limb causing him to fall 30 feet to the concrete driveway. The accident occurred at a private residence. Employee #1 was transported to the Riverside Community Hospital, where he died.
