Employee falls from ladder and suffers contusion

At 3:25 p.m. on August 16, 2017, an employee was placing plastic sheeting over the furniture and wall cabinets. The employee was standing on the top of the Werner 2- step ladder when the step ladder folded and he fell onto the floor after striking his head against a table's edge. The employee was hospitalized.
