Employee sustains multiple injuries when struck by falling s

At 2:30 p.m. on August 4, 2017, Employee #1 was acting as a spotter for a forklift driver, who was moving a rack containing 1,000 pounds of unsecured sheets of glass. While lowering the unsecured load, the back legs of the rack hit the floor and the unsecured sheets of glass fell on Employee #1, pinning him to the air table. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured rib, fractured scapula, punctured lung, torn ligament of the neck and a dislocated shoulder.
