Employee fractures wrists in fall when ladder gives way
Employee #1 was standing on an extension ladder, removing a brace from a tilt-up wall. The ladder began to slide away from the wall and Employee #1 jumped. He fell approximately 12 ft onto the concrete floor, fracturing both wrists when he landed.
