Employee's leg injured when pinned under overturned tractor

Employee #1 was employed by a company that graded single resident house lots in preparation for landscaping. While he was grading a building lot, the soft earth collapsed under the tractor's wheel. The tractor fell onto its side, trapping Employee #1's leg under its right rear wheel. He suffered ligament damage to his leg that required hospitalization and surgery.
