Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 1997, Employee #1 was driving a forklift along an improved dirt road at the Bautista Conservation Camp. He lost control of the vehicle and he was partially ejected as the forklift overturned. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene by the Riverside County coroner.
