BURN - ELECTRICAL FAULT IN CIRCUIT
An apprentice electrician was isolating an electric circuit when an electrical fault occurred. The ensuing electric arc burned the employee. He was transported by helicopter to a hospital for treatment. He was hospitalized for 8 days.
