Employee fractures neck in fall while setting truss

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on June 24, 1999, Employee #1 was putting a truss into place when the end of it struck his feet and knocked him backward. He fell 8 ft onto a concrete floor, fracturing his neck. Employee #1 was hospitalized for four days.
