Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was cutting boards for the framing crew. Employee #1 held the boards with his hands in mid-air and was cutting them. The board was not supported properly and when Employee #1 was cutting the board, the board started to bind and the saw kicked out and cut his hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
