Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

At 10:48 a.m. on December 16, 2005, Employee #1 was working on a scaffold, 5 feet from the ground, installing tiles on a commercial building. He fell backwards to the ground, fracturing two ribs and suffered neck and back pain. Emergency services were contacted and Employee #1 was transported to Scripps Memorial hospital in San Diego, CA, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
