Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on June 28, 2005, an employee was adjusting a load of wood trusses on the forks of a petibone forklift. The load tipped and fell, and hit his right side, causing injury to his ribs and blunt trauma. The employee was transported by paramedics to a Medical Center for treatment and observation.
