Employee partially amputates finger in trim saw

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 1995, Employee #1 was walking around a trim saw when he slipped on a board. In reaching out to catch his balance, he grabbed the running trim saw and the blade amputated the middle finger of his left hand at the first joint. He was hospitalized.
