Employee dislocates wrist in blow mold machine

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on April 4, 1996, Employee #1 reached into a blow mold machine to free a jam at the trimmer. The trimmer head came down and caught his left wrist, seriously dislocating his wrist joint. Employee #1 failed to shut off the machine or lock out the power prior to trying to clear the jam.
