Employee injured in fall while setting truss

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on September 3, 1999, Employee #1, of John Schugren General Contractors in Grass Valley, CA, was on a ladder, setting a truss. He was moving from the ladder to a top plate when he lost his footing and fell between 8 and 10 ft onto concrete, fracturing his left hip and ribs.
