Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:00 p.m., on July 9, 2002, Employee #1 was picking up turkeys from the floor area cleaning, and then hanging the turkeys on a moving cone line. As the employee did this, he moved a tub along the floor area. Employee #1 slipped on a substance that was on the floor, and his sleeve came in contact with the moving cone line and the stationary support stabilizing guide bar. Employee #1's arm and shoulder were injured. The employee was hospitalized.
