Employee's foot crushed between wall and forklift

A food distributor employee was operating a stand-up forklift in the warehousing section. He was traveling approximately 5 mph down the aisle with the forks behind and carrying an empty pallet. As the employee approached the corner at the end of the aisle, he attempted to stop the forklift by sticking out his left foot to push off from the corner. His foot was caught and crushed between the wall and forklift.
