Employee's arm injured in pulley on packaging conveyor

Employee #1 was cleaning the underside of the conveyor belt on a moving packaging conveyor when her rag became caught by a pulley. She was trying to remove the rag when her arm became caught by the pulley. The drive motor stopped and coworkers were able to free her arm, after which she fainted. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, where she was treated for scrapes and bruises before being released.
