Employee's back injured in fall from top of wall

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on July 22, 1998, Employee #1, a carpenter, was standing on the top plate of a wall, removing a brace. When the brace came free, he lost his balance and fell10 ft to the concrete floor. Employee #1 suffered a back injury and was hospitalized for two days.
