Employee Dislocates Shoulder While Loading Lumber

On September 28, 2005, Employee #1 was helping load lumber on his truck. He was placing a sticker on a unit of lumber, when a contractor yelled to him. Employee #1 turned to respond to the contractor and stepped off the truck bed and fell to the ground. Employee #1 dislocated his shoulder.
