Employee Fractures Back When Thrown from Scissor Lift

On July 13, 2005, Employee #1 was an employee of John Stuart Mechanical, Inc. He was working from a scissor lift extended to a height of 25 feet, when it tipped over and threw him out. He sustained a fracture to his back. Emergency medical services took him by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center in Mt. Shasta. He was hospitalized five days for his injuries.
