Employee Falls from Ladder Stand and Fractures Skull

Employee #1, a teacher, was in a storage room getting some basketballs for a recess period. Employee #1 was standing on a ladder stand to get the basketballs from a storage shelf. He stepped backwards and fell approximately three feet from the ladder stand platform to the floor. Employee #1 fractured his skull and was hospitalized.
