Employee Amputates Finger Using Hammer

On August 23, 2005, Employee #1 was hammering a lid on an "Arca Bin" when he struck his right index finger between the strap jig and the hammer. Employee #1 suffered an amputation and bone loss to his right index finger but was not hospitalized.
