Employee is injured while lifting spa

On September 28, 2004, an employee, an assembler, was helping two other coworkers raise a Spa on its side. The employee complained of shoulder pain at first and later complained about chest pain. He was taken to the hospital and checked for a heart attack. No health problems were discovered. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a strained muscle.
