Employee Is Killed in Explosion

On June 15, 2011, an employee, working for a city operated waste water treatment plant as a treatment plant operator, was walking past or standing next to a hydronics tank, The tank failed. The end of the tank and sides burst as if it blew apart. The employee was struck in the head by the end of the tank. The employee was killed by the explosion.
