Employee Loses Part of Finger in Pulley Accident

Employee #1 was helping a coworker replace the belts on a hog drive motor. Employee #1 was manually rotating the pulleys to get the belt in place, and as Employee #1 did so, his little finger on his left hand was pinched between the belt and pulley, as it slid into place. Employee #1's little finger tip was amputated by the belt and metal pulley.
