Employee Is Injured in Fall from Truck Bed

On July 12, 2005, Employee #1, with McCaslin Trucking, Inc., was helping to load a piece of machinery onto a track trailer. When it became unbalanced, the machinery knocked him off the trailer. Employee #1 was hospitalized at Rideout Hospital for a fractured right ankle and torn left knee ligaments.
