Investigation Summary
On July 19, 2005, Employee #1 and a coworker were drilling holes with a two-person auger. The auger stuck, and it jumped back, throwing the coworker off the machine. Employee #1 fell backwards to the ground, and the still-running auger fell on him. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured leg.
