Employee Falls and Strikes Head on Concrete

Employee #1 was assisting in the Police training of a K 9 program and training. Employee #1 was wearing a bite suit to protect him from being bitten. Employee #1 was walking away from the dog when the animal jumped against Employee #1 and consequently, fell to the ground. Employee #1 struck his head on the side walk surface and fractured his skull.
