Employee Is Struck by a Radiator and Sustains Bruises

Employee #1 works for a truck transportation company as a mechanic. Employee #1 was assisting in the removal of a radiator from a truck. The radiator was being raised from the truck using a forklift truck. Employee #1 was guiding the radiator as it was being lifted. Employee #1 lost his grip on the radiator. The radiator struck Employee #1 on the left side of his face and jaw. Employee #1 was treated for a bruise to his face. No serious injury resulted from this accident and Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
