Employee Is Injured While Painting Steel Beams

On September 16, 2005, Employee #1 passed out while painting steel beams. He was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with a dislocated shoulder and no other complications. Employee #1 was not hospitalized. The injury was not due to the paint vapors.
