Employee Fractures Arm When Steel Frame Overturns

On August 24, 2002, Employee #1, a mechanic, was performing his regularly assigned duties when he was struck by a steel frame, measuring 12-feet tall by 10-feet wide and weighing approximately 300 to 400 lbs, when it fell horizontally. Employee #1 was hospitalized and was treated for a fractured left arm.
