Employee injured when he crashes a snowmobile

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on November 30, 2001, Employee #1, a snow maker, was working on the ski slopes. He and a coworker were moving supplies up to the top of the mountain using snowmobiles. While Employee #1 descended the mountain, going down a steep section, he lost control and crashed into a snow fence. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a ruptured spleen, cuts and lacerations.
