Painter injured in fall from ladder

At about 12:17 p.m. on November 24, 2001, Employee #1, a painter with Riboni Painting, was working on a single family house in Roseville,CA. He was about 10 to 12 feet up an extension ladder which was placed on a drop cloth covering the tiled entry. The feet of the ladder slipped out, and Employee #1 fell to the floor. He was hospitalized at Sutter Roseville Medical Center with a fractured wrist and back injury.
