Employee Injured In Fall From Roof

Employee #1 was standing a few feet from the ridge on a roof at a height of approximately 18 ft. Employee #1's feet started slipping and he tried to grab a vent, but it broke off. The roof was dry and there was no excessive saw dust. Employee #1 fell to the ground and broke his left hip. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
