Employee is struck by overhang doors and suffers multiple co

On August 19, 2017, an employee suffered multiple injuries when a cable on a newly installed door snapped. The employee was struck in the shoulder and he fell to the ground, damaging his knees and bruising his shoulder. The extent of his injuries were not reported on the initial report. Hospitalization was not required.
