Employee slips on wet surface dislocating her hip

Employee #1, an assistant manager, was standing in the threshold of a doorway to the pool room. The doorway consists of two doors that open out independently. The right door was open and Employee #1 was holding onto the closed left door while talking to the pool service man. When she turned to leave she slipped on the concrete threshold of the doorway and fell on the concrete. She smashed and dislocated her right hip and was hospitalized.
