Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:00 a.m. on August 28, 2001, Employee #1 of I.M. Construction was working on a single family home. He was framing a window opening on an exterior wall using a pneumatic nail gun to nail the window sill to the cripples. He was holding his index finger on the trigger with a swinging motion. He missed the widow sill and struck himself in the right knee. Employee #1 was transported to Kaiser Hospital South where he was hospitalized.
